Biography :
Born in Austin to parents that are avid investors, Niles was introduced to the Austin real estate market and construction process from a young age. He earned a degree in advertising from Chapman University in 2008. After college, Niles spent 2009-2010 sailing and refurbishing a 150 foot classic schooner in the Mediterranean, solidifying his interest in renovating and maintaining assets. He returned to Austin and began remodeling and redeveloping properties, significantly increasing their value. After going through the construction and development process, working with different municipalities obtaining entitlements, Niles acquired an aptitude for adding value to real estate which led him to focus on brokerage and the development process. Niles received his Master of Land and Property Development from Texas A&M University in 2014. As a broker, Niles has experience representing both buyers and sellers with a primary focus on commercial real estate and development.
